At ctrlprint.shop, we work with Printify and their global print partners to produce and ship your orders. Below you will find our shipping terms and expectations.
1. Fulfillment Time
- Each product is made-to-order.
- Typical production time is 2–7 business days after you place your order.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order is sent to production, and another when it ships.
2. Delivery Time
- Europe (EU countries): 5–10 business days after fulfillment.
- United States: 7–15 business days after fulfillment.
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days after fulfillment.
These are estimates — actual delivery may vary depending on destination, carrier, and seasonal demand.
3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, product type, and provider.
- Multiple products in the same order may ship separately if they come from different fulfillment partners.
4. Tracking
- All orders include a tracking number once shipped.
- Tracking information will be emailed to you automatically and is also visible in your order history.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Orders within the EU: VAT is calculated at checkout (per OSS rules).
- Orders outside the EU: Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer.
