These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ctrlprint.shop and the purchase of our products. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products
- We sell print-on-demand products (i.e., t-shirts, mugs, accessories, etc.).
- Product images are for illustrative purposes only; slight variations in color, placement, or size may occur due to print-on-demand production.
- Availability depends on Printify’s print partners; if a product is unavailable, we will notify you.
3. Orders & Payment
- By placing an order, you confirm the information provided is correct.
- Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed via Stripe.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability.
4. Pricing & Taxes
- Prices are listed in EUR, exclusive of VAT. Applicable VAT is calculated at checkout (per EU OSS rules).
- Shipping costs are added at checkout and vary by location.
- We may update prices at any time; changes do not affect confirmed orders.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are fulfilled by Printify print partners worldwide.
- Production time: typically 2–7 business days.
- Delivery time: varies by country (usually 5–15 business days).
- Customs duties or import taxes (outside EU) are the customer’s responsibility.
- We are not liable for carrier delays once an order has shipped.
6. Returns & Refunds
Because products are made-to-order:
- We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect order details provided by the customer.
- We will replace or refund items if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must notify us within 14 days of receipt with photos of the issue.

7. Customer Obligations
- Provide accurate information when placing orders.
- Comply with local laws regarding import/customs.
- Respect intellectual property rights — you may not resell or misuse our products without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect losses, delays, or issues beyond our control (e.g., shipping delays, customs).
- Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
9. Intellectual Property
- All designs, branding, and content on ctrlprint.shop are owned by us or licensed to us.
- Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by Greek law.
- Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
